Play Ball Benefit
The Grand Prairie and Arlington police department team up in a "Play Ball Benefit" to help offset the medical expenses of a Grand Prairie Police Officer whose 20 month-old son was critically injured.
In April, Officer Chasteen’s son was hit by a car and remains in the hospital with critical injuries.
The benefit ballgame will be played:
- May 24
- 10 a.m.
- Grand Prairie High School baseball field at Turner Park, Belt Line and Tarrant roads
- Admission $3
- All proceeds go to help offset medical expenses
