South Grand Prairie hosts two day wresting tournament
The 13th annual Lone Star Duals attracted some of the top collegiate and high school boys and girls wrestling teams from across the country to South Grand Prairie High School January 15-16.
The tournament, considered one of the premier wrestling events, attracted 24 high schools from as far away as Virginia, Florida and Missouri along with 13 colleges.
With wrestling going on in South Grand Prairie High School’s, Coliseum, JV gym and the Student Activity Center, the tournament featured two days of non-stop action.
